Our Founder
Delicia C. is the founder of Elite Financial Consulting, LLC, a mobile & virtual personal financial consulting firm. Delicia is a graduate of St. John’s University, where she received her BS in Legal Studies and Business Administration. In 2014, Delicia became a graduate of St. Leo University, where she earned her MBA.
After graduating from St. John’s, Delicia relocated from N.Y. to V.A. following her Active Duty husband. In 2008, Delicia was the recipient of the FINRA Military Spouse Fellowship award and received her Accredited Financial Counselor® designation in 2011. Since then, she has used her certification to work with Active Duty and Reserve members of the Armed Forces, Department of Defense Civilian Employees, and their families.
Personal finance is not only how she makes her living, but it is her passion. In her free time, Delicia volunteers as the Financial Coordinator and Treasurer for the Girl Scout Council of the Colonial Coast, and Financial Coach with BankOn Hampton Roads. In 2016, Delicia founded Elite Financial Consulting, LLC to assist individuals who want to learn the tools to achieve their definition of Financial Freedom.
